15 Minutes to build to a heavy 3 Squat Snatch
Cut off for this is when mechanics cannot be maintained. For those still working on the Squat Snatch, work from the hang and focus on mechanics, do not worry about going too heavy.

10x Plate GTOH 20/15
10x Burpees onto plate
Cash Out 200m Plate Run
Aim for the movements is the plate GTOH are as a minimum 2 sets of 5 each round, with short rest.
Jump onto the plate at the top of each burpee.
