Workout: Death By:

Min 1 – 10 x Air Squats + 1 x burpee

Min 2 – 10 x Air Squats + 2 x burpees

Min 3 – 10 x Air Squats + 3 x Burpees

….. and so on until you can’t complete the amount of burpees In the Min
