30 x Low touch Jumping Jacks
20 x Passovers
20 x Jump Lunges
Workout: 20 min AMRAP
2 x Alt Single arm Devils Press – DB/KB/ Or just a burpee
12 x Weighted Alt Lunges
2 x Single Arm Thrusters
12 x Weighted Alt Lunges
- Each round increase the Devils Press/Thrusters by 2 reps
