Warm Up: Coaches Warm Up
Workout: ‘Sea Captain 2.0’
2 Rounds
Min 1 – 3 = 15 x Plate Burpees @ 10/5
Min 3 – 5 = Max Distance on Rower/AB
Min 5 – 8 = 20 x OH Plate Lunges @ 10/5
Min 8 – 10 = Max Distance on Rower/AB
Goal is to get the max distance on the rower or ab over the 2 rounds. Scale Burpees and OH Lunges to complete in the minute
