Odd Mins Barbell Weakness 2-4 reps at technique building weight

Even Mins Gymnastics Weakness 3-5 reps

 

Finisher: Grace on Speed

4 Minute Time Cap

Grace: 30x Clean and Jerk 60/42.5

Grace for time or AMRAP 4 minutes at a challenging but movable weight, KEEP MOVING!!!! Even if it is quick singles, this is a GO GO GO!!! workout.
