AMRAP – As many rounds as possible RFT – Round for time
AQAP – As quick as possible PU – Pull Ups
BP – Bench Press MU – Muscle Ups
K2E – Knees to elbows T2B – Toes to bar
DL – Deadlift SDL – Sumo Deadlift
SDHP – sumo deadlift high pull BS -Back Squat
FS – Front Squat OHS – Overhead Squat

DU – Double Under RX – the prescribed weight and proper form throughout an entire workout
Box – is what we call a CrossFit facility HSPU – Handstand Push up

Mobility – is active stretching, how we get our body loosened up for a workout and what we do to cool down after
TABATA – is not an acronym :0)  it is interval training at it’s best.  What it means is that we’re going to be doing 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 consecutive rounds.
