Snatch pull below the knee 3 x 3 (75-100% of 1RM snatch)

2 Box jumps, 2 Hang power snatches (50% of 1RM Hang power snatch)
4 Box jumps, 4 Hang power snatches
6 Box jumps, 6 Hang power snatches
