Warm up: Run 400m, then CFS Warm up + Skill Practice for 10mins of your choice.
Strength: 1 Mile Run Time.
WOD: Tabata Clock:
Tabata work interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 rounds (4 minutes). In today’s WOD, you will alternate all three exercises for a total of 24 rounds (12 minutes). Your score is the total of the lowest number of reps completed for each exercise.
