Strength: Clean Complex 3 x Power Cleans 3 x Split Jerks 3 x Reverse Lunges on each Leg (backsquat rack) – (emphasis on speed on the split jerks) 

WOD: 11 min AMRAP

10 x Hang Power Cleans (75/45)

15 x WallBalls

10 m Handstand Walk

Extra Credit: 3 x 400m Run sandbag carry OR  Medball Carry
