Coaches Warm Up
Strength: 10 minute Team Loaded Carry
In threes, choose one pair of kettlebells between you. You have 10 minutes to do as many lengths of the box as possible, you go I go format. The kettlebells can be carried farmers carry, front rack or overhead. Both bells must be carried by the 1 person working for every length completed. At the end of the 10 minutes multiply the number of lengths you do as a trio by the weight of your kettlebells. That is your score for the strength. Kettlebell weight is up to you.
