Coaches Warm Up
Squat Therapy and back squat mechanics
Build to heavy triple
Coaches Notes: We are finishing the week by going heavy! See where you can get to without sacrificing form. The warm up and squat therapy should mean your positioning is pretty good, and everything is activated. Take your time on this. The first 2-3 sets should be below 75% of max, from there build to that heavy 3 for the day. Take plenty of rest (3-4 minutes) between each set, and mobilise during that time!!
