Coaches Warm Up

Squat Mobility:

Cossack Squats

4×10 (5 each way with a 3 sec pause at the bottom)
use a Plate Or KB as a counterweight.

90 sec to 2 min rest between sets

Work Capacity:

3RFT
400m Run
12 Power Snatch @ 60/40
12 OH Lunge Steps @ 60/40

Coaches Notes: On the Cossack Squats, work on maintaining upright torso through reps. Slow and controlled movements with a 3 sec pause at the bottom.
