10 x Air Squats

10 x Deep squat rotations

Strength: 10 min EMOM – alt left and right sides each min

Every min:

:20sec side plank + 4 x Leg raises + 10 x weighted side bends

Workout – 5 Rounds for quality

Min 1 – 8 – 10 x Jump squats – hands touch the floor

Min 2 – 4 – 6 x Clapping push ups
