then

10 x Alt lunges
10 x Shoulder taps at top of Push Up
Workout: 20 min EMOM
- 10 – 15 x Single Arm floor press Right
- 10 – 15 x Reverse Lunges with weight Right
- 10 – 15 x Single arm floor press Left
- 10 – 15 x Reverse Lunges with weight Left
Focus – Pec Stretch 2 x 20sec each side
