A – 5 x 5 Strict Pull Ups
B – Partner WOD- switch partners every movement, decide who does what before it starts
40 x Wallballs – partner holds bottom of an Air Squat.
40 x Burpees – partner holds a barbell in front rack position (60/40)
40 x Box Dips – partner holds dip position
40 x Sit Ups – partner holds plank position
REST 3 mins
FT – split however
30 x Push Ups
30 Box Jumps (24/20)
30 x Deadlifts (80/50)
200 x D.U / 300 x S.U
800m Run – Both run
