7 mins Snatch Tekkers – Empty Bar or Light weight

B – Session 1 – 20 rep Back Squat – Warm up to 60% 1 rm B.S

C – 4 x 7 Strict Press (build up over the 4 sets)

D – 40 x Burpee Box Overs
