B – Skill Handstand Practice

C – TEAM WOD

Teams of 2

PART 1 – 13min Time Cap

3rds each of

400m Run

21 x KB Swings (24/16)

12 x Pull ups

(while one runs the other partner does 21 x swings 12 x Pull Ups then switch)

REST 3mins

PART 2 – 6mins to establish Team Total of 1 RM GTOH (total of each max lift added together)
