A – 3rds 10 x Passovers / 10 x Goblet Squats / 10 x Back Ext

B – OHS – 12 min to establish 3RM

C – 14min EMOM

ODD – 5 x P.C (TNG you choose the weight) + 5 x Box Jumps (24/20)

EVEN – 15 x Burpees
