Warm up: 4 rounds: run 200m, 5x pull ups, 10x thruster (bar) + Mobility
Strength: work up to 1 RM Strict Press
W.O.D.: 8 rounds. Every 90 seconds perform the following:
2x clean (70% 1RM)
2x max box jump (Height worked out prior to start of WOD)
