Warm Up: 3 rounds: 5x deadlift, 5x power cleans, 5x front squat, 5x push press (increase weight each round) not too heavy. + Mobility
Strength: work up to 2 RM back squat. Then back it down 10% and perform 1 set of 5 reps.
WOD: Five rounds for quality and good technique:
Max reps of Wall climb in 1 minute
Max reps of Kettlebell clean & jerk in 1 minute (divide workoad equally for both hands)
Max reps of Supine ring row in 1 minute
Rest 1 minute
