A – Partner Warm Up – 3 rds 6 x Syn Burpees / 8 x Syn TTB / 10 x Syn KB Swings
B – FT – Partner WOD – Split Reps however you want!!!!
Complete 2 rds of :
20 x Pull Up
30 x Push Ups
40 x Sit Ups
50 x A.S
Then complete Grace 30 x Clean + jerks (60/40)
Once Grace is finished, Complete 2rds of:
20 x Pull Ups
30 x Push Ups
40 x Sit Ups
50 x A.S
