A – 3rds 20 x D.U / 10 x V – Ups / 7 x Push Ups

B – Clean + Jerk (3/10) 3 @ 65%, 3 @ 70%, 2 @ 75%, 1 @ 80%

C – Deadlift 5 x 5 (build up over the 5 sets)
