Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility

A – 10 x Passovers / 20 sec Hanging / 10 x plate GTOH

B – Partner WOD

4 min max reps per station (30sec transition)  – Partners can switch between movements in each station for the 4mins

Station 1 – Wallballs (20/14) /  Sit Ups

Station 2 – Box Jumps (24/20)/ Push Ups

Station 3 – KB Swings (24/16) / K2E

Station 4 – Thrusters (30/20)/ Burpees

Station 5 – OHS (30/20) / D.U

Station 6 – KB SDLHP (24/16) / Pull Ups
