C – Accessory Strength Work
Bent Over Rows 5 x 5 (same weight across)
Bulgarian Squats 3 x 10 each leg (choose own weight)
Hanging 3 x 30sec
Band Complex 2 x 12 each movement – row/rotator cuff/circles
