A – 3rds 10 leg swings / 10 x KB Swings (light) / 10 x M.C

B – 4 sets of 10 x Deadlifts TnG straight into 10 x Box Jumps (24/20) – choose set weight for DL all sets – Rest 2 mins between sets

C – WEAKNESS WEDNESDAY

18 min EMOM

ODD – Skill (3 – 5 reps)

EVEN – Metcon (40sec)
