Warm Up: Run 200m, then CF Solent W/U. Next, perform 3 rounds of 5x power clean, 5x front squat, 5x push press, 5x back squat. Light weight on the bar.

Strength: 15 min Skill Practice of either Handstand/DU

WOD: Hundreds Time….Complete the following as fast as possible:
Run 800m
100x pull ups
100x push ups
100x sit ups
100x air squats
Run 800m
