Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility

A – 3rds 2 x Lengths Bear Crawl / 2 x TGU each arm

B – WOD Prep

C – Every 5 mins for 5 rounds

20 x Pull Ups

30 x P.P (35/25)

40 x A.S

– Goal is to sprint through each round and then rest remainder of the 5mins. record lowest and fastest times.

OPEN PREP – 15 X Muscle Ups – least sets / scale for C2B x 40
