B – WEAKNESS WEDNESDAY

20min EMOM

ODD – Strength Weakness (Squat/D.L/Press – 3 -5reps)

EVEN – Metcon Weakness (40sec)

C – OPEN PREP – 80 x Wallballs – everytime you drop the ball – 10 x Burpees
