Warm Up: 400m Run + Mobility

A – 3rds – Partners – 2 x Wheelbarrows / 8 x Partner Wallballs / 8 x Sync burpees

B – WOD prep

C – FT

60 x Pull Ups – partner holds bottom of squat

60 x FR Lunges (50/30) – partner holds Hollow Hold

60 x P.C (50/30) – Partner Holds push up position

60 x Back Squats – partner hold dead hang

6 x 200m sprint relay run
