Skilled Warm Up: DU

Strength: Snatch – 1 reps x 10 sets @ 80% 1 RM.
*No more than 2 minutes between sets.
Work Capacity: Complete 3 rounds for time of the following…
10x Overhead squat (60/42.5)
50x Double unders
