Coaches Warm Up
Box Jump efficiency. Looking at strategies to maintain a good pace but not burn out on box jumps and box jump overs.
5×10 reps with 90 secs rest in between each set
Power Snatch (50/35)
Strict Ring Dips
The snatches are to be able to be completed in sets of 3 minimum. Scale the dips as needed to be able to do full range of motion, and not singles.
